Operating principles:

 The aseptic sampling is normally in close status,can do sterilization to the seat and seal from the two connection ends,lift up the handle the valve open then liquid come from sampling port ,also we can remove handle (on the request) this design absolutely meet the aseptic sampling result.

 Manual &Pneumatic 2 in 1 type aseptic sampling valve is normally in close status,operated by manual or pneumatic.when valve open, the valve stem and diaphragm assembly will shrink up to get liquid through.this desigh absolutely meet the aseptic sampling result.

Temperature

Max.sterilization temperature,dry steam:121-134℃.steam must be dry,because the condensate water will damage the diaphragm.kindly suggest customer to replace the diaphragm after 100 times sampling and sterilization.
